Week 6
I didn't do a week 4 update. I had a little bit of a slip and some days where I didn't seem to be able to pull it together. Then week 5 came and went, too. Here we are at the beginning of week 6 and I am feeling pretty good. I've continued my exercising even when not strictly adhering to my diet. Today I am wearing my GV denim for the first time in over a year - size 14. Feeling incredibly good about that. I am up to 60 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym - 4 days a week plus walking the dog every morning. This week I am going for meeting all my goals on my tracker every day. So far so good. Still haven't been on a scale. However, my son came home from college and put his scale in the bathroom we share. It is very tempting. But I am very scared that the number will disappoint me and I will think I haven't actually lost that much or that I weighed a huge number before I started. The clothes don't lie though so that is a safer number to live with for now.
